With the release of Overwatch 2 quickly approaching, Blizzard has shared information on a brand-new set of tools to fight cheating and toxic voice chat. The new suite, called Defense Matrix, implements a unique SMS-capable phone number requirement, which will record and analyze player communication for toxic or abusive behavior.

Blizzard has announced that the ninth expansion for its massive multiplayer game, World of Warcraft, will be released on November 28th at 3 p.m. Pacific. The expansion brings with it a brand-new zone called the Dragon Isles, a new playable race called the Dracthyr, and a Dracthyr-exclusive player class, the Evoker.
