Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 – GameSpot

The next season for Fortnite chapter 2, Nexus War, has launched hosting a new battle pass and a Marvel theme. The battle pass suggests that Galactus will serve as the season’s main antagonist and is bringing several unlockable skins modeled after Marvel characters. Some of the heroes, however, will only become unlockable later.  Additionally, due to recent disagreements, IOS and Android users will not be able to play the new season of Fortnite.

 

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War reveal event – GameSpot

A new mode in Call of Duty Warzone, titled Know Your History, serves as an official announcement for the upcoming Black Ops installment. In-game mode, the players must solve a puzzle before calling in a nuke on the map. Following the bombing, players run to the stadium where the announcement trailer for Black Ops Cold War will play. After the trailer, players can meet an NPC of Frank Woods, a hero from the Black Ops series, to receive a new weapon blueprint. We learn from the trailer that Black Ops Cold War launches for current-gen on November 13th and subsequently, next-gen consoles when they become available.

 

High Elves are coming in Shadowlands – Polygon

There are many kinds of elves in the universe of World of Warcraft, two of which serve as the main races players can choose for their character and the other two as the allied races that can be unlocked. One race that has been part of the mythos for years is the High Elves, even though players have never had the chance to play them; despite frequently expressing great interest. With the addition of allied races, this topic resurfaced. In response, Blizzard is adding new customization options for elves, so they look like High Elves; they will still have whatever racial effects they would normally, but now can have skin, hair, and eye color that make them look like High Elves.

 

Fall Guys is now the most downloaded game in PS Plus history – Polygon

Fall Guys has only been out for a few weeks, but it’s already solidified itself as the most downloaded game ever on PS Plus. The humorous style of Battle Royale Fall Guys works well for streamers and thus has gained almost immediate popularity leading to massive sales across all platforms. Currently, the game is competing for the number one most played game on Steam and has won itself the crown for most downloaded PS Plus game. With its popularity, the developer, Mediatonic, is wasting no time in setting up a second season for the game and developing updates for its future.
