Overwatch queue system gets significant changes
Blizzard’s Overwatch team has devised a new way to encourage teamwork and cooperation between players in games. The game has always allowed players to choose which hero they want to play as they build their teams roster. In many cases, the character choice is a reaction to their teammates’ choices, sometimes with soured attitudes. The newly introduced queue system will have players select which role they wish to play before entering a match; hopefully alleviating the tension from falling into random assortments. Blizzard has added incentives on specific roles depending on how many people are in the queue for a role.
