Activision Publishing has won its federal court case against EngineOwning UG and Garnatz Enterprise Ltd. for providing and profiting off the sale of cheats and advantages in the Call of Duty games. The companies, along with 11 individuals, are responsible for paying $14.4 million in damages to Activision.

Destiny 2 had an unfortunate leak this week as their new expansion, The Final Shape, was uploaded to servers and playable for about five hours. Although the issue was rectified, spoilers and gameplay had already made their way to social media. The new DLC official release is still set for June 4th.
