Call of Duty: Warzone weapons and UI changes – GameSpot
Another patch addressing Warzone Season Two bugs and issues is live. The UI changes are not major but should make icons and buttons appear properly and more pleasing visually. This is the second update this week.
Genshin Impact made a huge profit in the first five months – GameSpot
Genshin Impact proves its business model incredibly successful. Genshin Impact made around $874 million in the past five months, making it the highest-grossing mobile RPG worldwide. These numbers only account for mobile-based players, not including its releases on PS4 and PC.
Open-World D&D game in the works – Polygon
Hidden Path Entertainment announces its involvement in developing an AAA, third-person, open-world fantasy game set in the D&D universe. This studio is known mostly for smaller titles and its involvement of Whitney “Strix” Beltran, a high-profile indie developer. D&D games currently in development are Lyrian Studio’s Baldur’s Gate 3 and Wizards of the Coast’s own internal studio developing Dark Alliance.
AMD announces RX 6700 XT – Polygon
AMD announced their newest graphics card, the RX 6700 XT, this week. The 6700 XT releases March 16th and has 12GB of GDDR6 RAM, an internal clock set at 2.321 GHz, and is optimized for 1440p resolutions. AMD advertises their new card as being ideal for 1440 gaming with its capabilities and pricing. This, however, does not consider the current worldwide semiconductor shortage that limits manufacturers from distributing large quantities of product.
